What’s New to Do in MS: Haunting Halloween Events

Throughout Mississippi, there are several howling Halloween goings-on! Liquid has compiled a list of hauntingly fun events to be held in North, Central and South Mississippi. Pick one and be prepared to be scared!

Shocking & Sensational South MS Events:

Halloween at the Park (Biloxi, MS) – Oct. 29, 2022, 6-10pm Hosted at Biloxi Bay RV Resort, there will be opportunities to sing karaoke, enter a decorating contest, costume contests and trick or treating.

Annual Terror on the Coast (Gulfport, MS) – Oct. 30-31, 2022, 7-11pm Held at The Warehouse, Terror on the Coast is an 86,500 square foot haunted house with numerous rooms that invite you into your very own horror film, this event is highly anticipated every year.

Admission: $25

Spooktacular Halloween Carnival (Gulfport, MS) – Oct. 31, 2022, 6pm Gulfport Nissan’s Spooktacular Halloween Carnival is a fun-for-all-ages event with activities including trick or treating, carnival games, face painting and a haunted house.

Chilling & Enticing Central MS Events:

Weird & Wacky Halloween Weekend at the Opera (Jackson, MS) – Oct. 28-29, 2022, 7:30-9:30pm Duling Hall is hosting two different performances for Weird & Wacky Halloween Weekend at the Opera – The Medium and Gianni Schicchi. Those attending are encouraged to wear costumes, and a winner will be chosen for best costume!

Park After Dark (Jackson, MS) – Oct. 28, 2022, 5:30-8:30pm The Mississippi Children’s Museum and Museum of Natural Science are partnering to host this fun Halloween event! Admission: $10

Monster Mash Halloween Party (Madison, MS) – Oct. 29, 2022, 7-11pm Hosted by The Station, the Monster Mash Halloween Party will have food, music, and chances to win prizes!

Admission: $25

Eerie & Entertaining North MS Events:

Halloween Spooktacular Safestop (Oxford, MS) – Oct. 28, 2022, 5-7pm Held at the Lafayette County Multipurpose Arena, families are welcome to the Halloween Spooktacular Safestop for trick or treating in a fun and safe environment!

Admission: Free

Not So Spooky Halloween Party (New Albany, MS) – Oct. 28-29, 2022, 5-9pm Hosted at the Magnolia Civic Center, the Not So Spooky Halloween Party will include costume contests, trick or treating, and a 4D screening of Disney’s The Haunted Mansion.

Admission: $10-$12

Cedar Hill Farm’s Haunted Farm (Hernando, MS) – Oct. 28-29, 2022, 7-10pm Cedar Hill Farm’s Haunted Farm has a number of horrifyingly fun options including a hayride, trail of terror, haunted barn, and flashlight corn maze.
