Celebrating our 17th Year in Business
Liquid Creative is located at 8 Lakeland Circle, in the heart of Jackson, Mississippi. We began as a Mississippi branch of Squires & Company, a respected Dallas-based agency in business since 1975. Liquid owner Elizabeth Crisler partnered with Squires and opened the Jackson branch in 1999 with a card table, phone and a $10,000 investment. In 2003, Elizabeth acquired the business solely, and the name Liquid Creative was born. "Liquid Creative" symbolizes our fluidity and adaptability in all projects, with all clients - from healthcare to start-ups and non-profits...and beyond!
Since the 2003 name change, the agency has doubled in size and tripled in client base and billings. In 2009, we were named to the Mississippi Business Journal's "Fast 40," honoring the fastest growing businesses in the state. This year, the Journal also named Elizabeth as one of Mississippi's Top CEOs.
Our goal is to offer a full team of professionals who can provide any branding service a client requires. We have a very talented team with diverse backgrounds and skills that can do just that! We write, design, strategize, place media, program websites, photograph, create video, manage production, create branded interiors and account for it all in one building. It's teamwork at it's best!

James’ “can do” attitude is apparent the moment you meet him. Having earned both his Ph.D. and Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, James knows what hard work means. He is also FE/EIT Certified. His bevy of knowledge and research skills help us better serve our clients. When James sets his mind to a task, he accomplishes it. Whether that challenge is building a website or learning a new skill, James will do it. And he’ll probably do it with a smile.
As media buyer, James is the go-to man to get our clients’ advertising seen, heard and read by the right audience. But into a nearby phone booth, and he becomes Pro Man– master of making things happen. James is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a Communication degree, and spent years in the trenches of broadcasting, both writing and selling. He brings with him considerable ad agency experience as well, in Tupelo and in Jackson. In his spare time, he puts off mowing the yard, and is owned by two cats.
When a client needs a unique design solution, Faith gets to work. She comes at each project with her own creative flair, whether it’s a fresh look for logos, display ads, websites, product packaging or web design. A graduate of Mississippi State University, Faith brings media experience plus an impressive toolbox of graphic skills to Liquid Creative. When she’s not designing for clients, you’ll probably find her playing sports, relaxing in the hammock or spending quality time with her dog, Sawyer.
Tom brings our ideas to vibrant life on screen or page. His creative domain includes television commercials, corporate videos, print ad photography, motion graphics and more. With years of experience in video production and editing, he most recently served as head of multimedia production for the national honor society Phi Theta Kappa. When Tom isn't being ingenious at work, he enjoys woodworking, and spending time with his wife and two beautiful girls. A lifelong Chicago Cubs fan, Tom is known for being patient and unrealistically optimistic.
As Account Services Manager, Stephanie's incredible organizational skills keep us all in check (not for the faint-hearted). With experience in public affairs, event planning, preschool teaching and beyond, she's about as well rounded as they come. Originally from Birmingham, Stephanie is a wife and mother of three who loves cheering on her favorite SEC team, Alabama (though her husband and kids insist she chant "Hotty Toddy" form time to time), enjoys playing tennis and goes on adventures with her family as often as possible.
With a jack-of-all-trades personality, Austen brings many diverse skills and experiences to Liquid Creative. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Asbury University with a double-major in Communication and Ancient Languages, he moved to Lexington, KY where he did government contract work. He has always enjoyed investing in others through good conversation and sharing his opinion, both through writing and public speaking and has blogged for Lifehack.org with several successful posts. At Liquid, he's the captain of all content, managing social media, public relations and copywriting. He and his wife are avid travelers and have spent time living in New Zealand and Australia, with hopes to visit Spain soon. They are excitedly expecting a child at the end of the year. Outside of soccer and guitar, his favorite activities are being a husband and (soon-to-be) dad.
